Getting there
Located a about 30 minutes drive from Cape Town International Airport in the famous and well know Stellenbosch Winelands via the N2, you will find De Zalze Lodge and Golf Course.

The Accommodation
De Zalze Lodge is known for its comfort and luxury and offers 1 – 4 bedroom accommodations. A 4-star establishment with a Cape Dutch vernacular style finish. The lodge overlooks lush vineyards and the beautiful Stellenbosh mountain ranges. It is located against the first fairway of the De Zalze Golf course.

The Golf Course
De Zalze Golf Course & Club was remodelled in the year 2000 together with the Spier Group and also the Kleine Zalze estate. Now a prominent and championship golf course. The golf course indeed is one of the Winelands most sought after real estate property and course.
With Blaauwklippen river running through the middle and fairways being surrounded by beautiful vineyards, olive groves and lavender fields, the course makes for a fantastic experience.
In addition to the 18-hole golf course, there is a Pro Shop for all your golfing accessories as well as a terrace and restaurant offering fine dining. There is a half-way house which serves smaller quick meals, a lounge and bar, locker rooms and a driving range for those who want to warm up and practise, before teeing off.
The course itself is beautifully marked with Red and Blue markers ideal for the beginners or for those wanting to do a shorter course resulting in some fun.
For the pro golfers looking for a challenge, we advise you to follow the White and Yellow markers to test your shot-making abilities.
